We offer free shipping to all the above countries โ€” no hidden fees.

๐Ÿ’ก Currency Notice: To help you shop more comfortably, prices are shown in your local currency whenever possible. Slight differences may occur due to automatic currency conversion based on real-time exchange rates.

๐Ÿ” Tracking Information

Tracking will be available once your order is shipped. It may take 2โ€“5 business days for tracking to update. If your tracking still shows "No Information" after 5 days, please contact us. You can also check your status via our Tracking Page.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If the parcel is returned to sender for this reason, a re-shipment can be arranged once the address is corrected (additional shipping fee may apply). If the issue is on our side, weโ€™ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

๐Ÿ”’ Address Policy

  • PayPal: We must ship to the address on your PayPal payment (PayPal protection rules). If itโ€™s wrong, please reply within 12 hours; we may need to cancel & refund so you can reorder with the correct address.
  • Card payments: Reply within 12 hours and weโ€™ll try our best to update the address before dispatch.

๐Ÿ›‘ Order Changes or Cancellations

You may request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be changed.

๐Ÿšง Possible Delivery Delays

Due to global logistics conditions, there may be unexpected delays or local restrictions in some regions. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or a refund according to our policy.

Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST or import taxes according to your countryโ€™s rules. These charges (if any) are the customerโ€™s responsibility. We do our best to minimize delays at customs.
