We do not ship to the United States or other regions at this time.

📩 Will I receive an order confirmation?

🏠 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We’ll do our best to help, but:
- For security reasons, PayPal orders must be shipped to the address shown on your PayPal transaction. If your PayPal address is wrong, we’ll cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one.
- For card payments, we may be able to update the address before shipping begins, but we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been processed.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- We can reship it to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- Provide a refund (excluding shipping fees, if any).

At Treeho Shop, we offer a localized shopping experience using your local currency whenever possible. Prices may vary slightly due to real-time exchange rates. But don't worry — you're still seeing the same great value, just adjusted for your region! 🌍
📦 Can I change my order after placing it?
We try to process orders quickly so you can receive your items as soon as possible.
If you need to make a change (like updating your shipping address or modifying items), please contact us within a few hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. But don’t worry — we’ll do our best to help!
💸 What’s your refund and return policy?
We offer a 30-day warranty on all products from the date of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! Simply email us clear photos or a short video at support@treehoshop.com, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Misused or accidentally damaged items
- Shipping delays within reasonable timeframes
Refunds are processed within 72 hours after we receive your return or approve your request. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account.
