💸 Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Treeho Shop. Here's everything you need to know about refunds, replacements, and returns:

✅ 30-Day Warranty

All our products come with a 30-day warranty from the date you receive your item.

  • If you received the wrong item, please email us at support@treehoshop.com.
  • We will send the correct item free of charge, or
  • Offer a full refund if you don’t want a replacement.

For defective or faulty products, please send us clear photos or videos via email. Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement right away.

⚠️ Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the item.

💳 Refunds

Our refund/replacement policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed, you may still be eligible for a discounted replacement.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Delayed shipping (within reasonable delivery windows)
  • Misuse of the product

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 72 hours. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your statement.

📦 Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship it once the address is corrected (additional shipping fees may apply). Refunds in this case will exclude any shipping fees already incurred.

🚫 Please Do Not File a Chargeback

Filing a credit card chargeback slows down the process and creates unnecessary delays. We honor all valid refund requests for:

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items
  • Items not as expected

❌ Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We work with multiple global suppliers, and once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot reverse it.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to cancel it before processing.
